Returns & Refunds Policy

What This Policy Covers

Because all of our products are made on demand through our fulfillment partner, returns and refunds are handled under their policies. This page explains how those work and what you can expect as a Fieldtime customer.

Returns & Refunds — General Rules

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong color

  • Simply not liking the product

These items are custom-produced after your order is placed, so they cannot be restocked or resold like standard inventory.

When Refunds or Replacements Do Apply

We support refunds or replacements if there is a quality issue or fulfillment problem. This includes:

  • Damage that occurred during shipping

  • Items that arrived defective

  • Misprinted or incorrect items

  • Products that are materially different than described

To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or a clear description of the issue.

In these cases, we will either:

  • Issue a replacement item shipped at no extra cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method
    depending on the situation and available options.

How to File a Claim

If you believe your item is eligible for a refund or replacement:

  2. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.

  3. We’ll review the claim and, when appropriate, submit it to Printful on your behalf.

Please submit quality or fulfillment claims no later than 7 days after delivery.

Returned to Sender Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will notify you. You may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order, depending on the reason it was returned.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows an order as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local post office

  2. Contact us with your order number

  3. We’ll investigate the order

Refunds for lost packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depend on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation.

Exchanges

Because all items are made on demand, exchanges for size or color are not automatically offered. If you want a different size or color due to a fulfillment mistake, notify us right away so we can review options.

Legal Notes & Exceptions

In certain regions (for example, some countries in the EU and Brazil), consumer protection laws may grant customers the right to cancel or return an order within a set period. Where applicable, we’ll abide by those laws and inform you of your rights.
